Mesenchymal condrosarcomas are rare malignant neoplasms that can arise from both soft and hard tissues. They are distinct tumors arising in unicentric or multicentric locations. They reveal unusual clinical behavior, characteristic histopathological features, and poor prognosis with late recurrences. Here is a case report of a rare case of mesenchymal chondrosarcoma arising in a 19-year-old female patient's right maxilla.
